At Helping Hands Doulas
We provide physical, informational, and emotional support to birthing people, their partners, and their families following the birth or adoption of a new baby. We are sensitive to each family's beliefs, cultural traditions, and values. We utilize best practices and up-to-date evidence-based information.
Services
Breast/chest and bottle feeding support
Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth
Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding and comforting
Light housekeeping and laundry
Light meal preparation
Baby soothing techniques
Sibling care
Babywearing assistance
Referrals to local resources
Daytime shifts (minimum 3 hours)
Overnight shifts (minimum 8 hours)
