At Helping Hands Doulas, we provide compassionate and personalized care for the whole family following the birth or adoption of a baby. We offer physical and emotional support, which helps new parents feel comfortable, peaceful, and confident. Our helping hands provide the family time to recover and enjoy each other, while reducing the stresses of the outside world. We offer evidence-based information and helpful referrals. Helping Hands Doulas serve families in the greater Portland, Oregon area including Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Canby, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Gladstone, and all of Portland.

We cannot recommend Erin enough! She was an absolute lifesaver during the postpartum period. As first-time parents, my wife and I were incredibly sleep-deprived, but Erin was there to provide us with practical advice and a listening ear whenever we needed it. She took care of everything from feeding and diaper changes to laundry and dishes. Her expertise in newborn care was invaluable, and she was careful to provide guidance but never overstep, which ensured that we felt confident and empowered in our new roles as parents. She was always responsive and available to answer our questions, and her calming presence was a huge comfort during those early days.
